By changing the information architecture, we focused on speed of arrival.
- New Side Panel: Intuitive menus divided into Actions and Filters allow you to switch instantly between modules such as Master Data, Mappings or Technical Definitions.
- Master Data in a new edition: We’ve ditched the elaborate, text-based lists in favor of clear tables with a status system and easy viewing of risk details in modal windows.

SoD matrix: Analysis under full control
The Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrix is the heart of the system. In its new edition, it has become a next-generation analytical tool.
- Expanded View: Users can now analyze risks at the technical level – seeing process codes, systems (e.g., SAP ERP) and specific actions and objects.
- Risk Structure: A new side panel visualizes the links between a business process and individual activities, making it easier to understand why a conflict occurs.
- Context Panel: You can edit statuses and view risk descriptions without leaving the main table, which drastically reduces work time.
smartReport: data that inspires action
Reporting is no longer a boring list of lines.
- Trend visualization: New reporting dashboards show the total number of risks on a timeline. This allows you to see immediately whether your corrective actions are having an effect over the years.
- Risk Level Overview: Interactive pie charts provide instant insight into what percentage of risks are those with a “Critical” or “High” status.
